Diocesan Endorsed

Seton is the ONLY Catholic Homeschooling Program that is Diocesan endorsed. By this, it is approved by the Magisterium of the Catholic Church. Also, all of Seton's books are in receipt of the Nihil Obstat and the Imprimater.

Validly Accredided

Many home school programs say they are accredited. However, they are not. Simply put, if the accrediting agency is not recognized by the U.S. Board of Education, the "accredidation" they provide is not valid. This means that the work done in such programs is not recognized by official educational entities. On the other hand, Seton enjoys valid accredidation from entities properly recognized by the U.S. Board of Education, and our students enjoy the associated benefits and protections. As an example, our high school graduates will embark on their college application process able to provide a valid high school transcript from a well respected, academically rigorous and validly accredited Catholic high school Something that no other home school program can offer.
